We are committed to providing high-quality strength and conditioning gear with a straightforward exchange process for all our athletes.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Titan Fitness account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Gear
Securely pack the equipment in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all bolts, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the crate or box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for heavy items.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
